Our Training Sessions
Beginner Freindly
Being a university sports club we welcome in lots of beginners and people brand new to the sport every year, because of this we have become experts in beginner development and coaching, it also means that there are always other people at the same level, or who have been in their uni careers, who are more than willing to help our beginners.
Healthy Enviroment
The club our committee, members and coaches are committed to making our training environment as inclusive, light hearted and fun as possible. While we are a competitive club, we don't push anyone to compete and our number one aim is for everyone to have fun and be able to relax and take their mind off their stressful uni work for a few hours a week.
Expert Coaching
We are very lucky to have many highly trained and qualified coaches who are all really friendly and willing to get stuck in and help out with any skill you may be struggling with, and between them have many varied approaches so you're bound to find one that work for you!
Strength and Flexibility
The club runs separate strength and conditioning training in addition to our regular training sessions in one of the student union spaces. There is no madatory attendance for S&C but it is great supported training if your wanting to compete. All of our sessions are planned and run by the cub committee with session plans being checked and approved by our coaches
Specialist equipment
Alongside our eight olympic trampolines (A mixture of 4x4 and 6x4 for those of you who are trampoline-savvy), we also have a overhead rig! This lets us teach big skills like double somersaults, ballouts and codys safely in house, so no extra cost in having to go elsewhere to use the equipment
Competitive Focus
While we are very good with teaching beginners we are still a competitive sports club, and with that comes a competition focused training for members of the club who want to compete. Our coaches oare very experienced at teaching and preparing our athletes for high level competitions. When it comes to competitive university trampolining your in safe hands with us!
