Strength & conditioning (S&c)

S&C for the coming year is going to be 9-11pm

It is a free workout led by a member of the committee. S&C focuses on certain parts of the body and improves your flexibility. We also provide tips and information about competing at trampoline competitions.

Attendance to strength and conditioning sessions is highly recommended for those who wish to compete in competitions, and we also have workouts ready for you to do at home if you have missed an S&C session.

We will be doing a range of different workouts ranging from traditional strength, conditioning and flexibility workouts as well as more, fun training such as Zumba sessions and any other ideas anyone is wanting to try
